TCOM Philosophy

At Trinity College of Ministry we have a vision to truly equip and release men and women of God into the areas of ministry that God has designed them for. As educators and equippers our guiding principle is that we are meant to communicate a vision to you. A vision of what could happen if you decided to allow God to accomplish everything He desires in your life and through your life. This vision becomes a kindled flame. As a Bible college our commitment is to impart a vision for your life and light a fire that will never be extinguished!

Trinity College of Ministry is a place to be trained, a place to be equipped and a place to discover the gifts and calling on your life. We want to fully prepare workers to accomplish God's purpose in their own generation and impart a vision for the harvest of the nations.

We are implementing two training tracks in the college. The first is The Equipping Track and concerns all students, whether they are pursuing a diploma, degree or simply taking classes for their own formation. The second track concerns a specific group of students who exhibit by their diligence, their faithfulness, their discipleship and resolve in learning and maturing a call to the ministry. We have chosen to call this The Mentoring/Ministry Track.
